Peter Rodgers

Peter has been a member of the IBM for over 50 years and has an impossibly complete knowledge of magic and magicians.

Peter got hooked on magic as a seven year old after his parents took him to see the Great Virgil at Sydneys Empire Theatre, later to be renamed Her Majesty’s. He is interested in most aspects of Magic including its history, collecting, its literature and appearing to create the impossible but he has no ambition to be in show business. He performed Close-Up Magic at Barnaby’s Restaurant Parramatta for over nineteen and a half years. He has been a member of The IBM Ring 102, originally as a country member, since September 1966.
